What You'll Be Doing
n
Previous fire industry experience is essential for this opportunity.
n
n
- Schedule technicians across planned maintenance, routine testing and reactive call-outs
n
- Coordinate urgent breakdowns and adjust schedules as priorities change
n
- Liaise with customers and technicians regarding bookings, attendance and job progress
n
- Raise and close jobs, purchase orders and organise required parts and materials
n
- Support timesheets, monthly invoicing and accurate service documentation
n
n
What we're looking for
n
n
- Previous experience as a Service Scheduler, Service Coordinator or Maintenance Coordinator
n
- Previous experience within the fire protection or fire services industry
n
- Experience coordinating field technicians within a service and maintenance setting
n
- Strong organisation skills and confidence managing competing priorities
n
- Experience using an ERP, scheduling or job management system
n
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel
n
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
n
n
Knowledge of AS1851 or the AFSS process would be highly regarded, while experience using Uptick or Pronto would also be advantageous.
n
