Job Description

YourCH is seeking an experienced Urgent Care Clinical Manager to lead a busy community-based urgent care clinic. You will balance hands-on nursing with high-level operational leadership, guiding physicians, RNs and reception staff to ensure patient flow and service quality.

This full time, Monday–Friday role avoids night shifts and offers a monthly accrued day off. The ideal candidate will have RN registration with triage experience and a background in Emergency/Urgent Care or Primary Care, plus
