Occupational Therapist - Rehabilitation Consultant

Our client is a mid-sized Workplace Health organisation achieving exceptional results. With a focus on quality & outstanding relationships, this team is continuing to grow. An opportunity for an Occupational Therapist (Rehabilitation Consultant) is now on offer in their Noosa team! The Role:

- Proactively manage a reasonable caseload, allowing you to focus on quality
n
- Case management across a broad referral base, including WorkCover QLD, DVA, Life Insurance & Comcare
n
- Worksite, Functional & Ergonomic Assessments
n
- Attend case conferences & liaise with stakeholders to achieve RTW outcomes
n
- Build robust relationships & generate repeat referrals
n
- Provide training & coaching to other team members as the team grows, in line with your skills & areas of interest
n
- Based in their perfectly located Noosa HQ, with travel to clients on the Sunshine Coast & surrounds
n
- On-site during your induction & probation to make the most of hands-on learning, then a flexible working arrangement between home & office
n

The Ideal Candidate:

n

n
- AHPRA-Registered Occupational Therapist
n
- 1 year+ experience in Occupational Rehabilitation valuable - clinical candidates or graduates with a specific interest in the industry are welcome to apply
n
- Eager to make a positive contribution to the Workplace Health space & build a career in Occ Rehab!
n
- Organised, proactive & motivated
n
- Thrives working independently & contributing to a multidisciplinary team
n
- A car & driver's licence
n
- Eligible to work in Australia
