Job Description
Paralegal's - Plaintiff Personal Injury Law Firm - 3 to 4 days per week

Monaco Solicitors is a national plaintiff personal injury law firm headquartered in the Sydney CBD. We are seeking highly capable, mature and professionally presented law students to join our firm in a part-time paralegal capacity.
n
This position is suited to individuals with strong communication skills, high attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced professional environment. The role offers exposure to a broad range of plaintiff personal injury matters and the opportunity to work closely with solicitors and senior staff across the firm.

- Part-time, 3–4 days per week

- Based in Sydney CBD

About You
n
n
- Current enrolment in a combined law degree (2nd to 4th year preferred)
n
- Strong academic performance, including an ATAR of 96.5+ and a university credit/distinction average or higher
n
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
n
- Professional presentation and a mature, composed manner
n
- Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
n
- Ability to think critically, identify issues and exercise sound judgment
n
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
n
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
n
- Fast and accurate typing skills
n
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a busy environment
n
- A proactive attitude, solid work ethic and willingness to learn
n
- Previous office, administration or customer service experience preferred, though not essential
n
- Your HSC/ATAR result and your current university academic transcript.
n
- Your availability across Monday to Friday (include in your CV or cover letter).
n

The Role
n
n
- Work closely with solicitors and support staff across a range of plaintiff personal injury matters
n
- Assist with file management, preparation of documents and general matter progression
n
- Draft correspondence, file notes and preliminary legal documents for solicitor review
n
- Liaise professionally with clients, insurers, medical providers, barristers and other third parties
n
- Assist with administrative and operational tasks including data entry, record management and file opening procedures
n
- Manage competing priorities and assist with day-to-day practice operations
n
- Maintain accurate records and ensure a high standard of attention to detail across all work completed
n
- Contribute to a professional, supportive and high-performing team environment
n
- Receive ongoing training, mentoring and genuine long-term progression opportunities within the firm
n
