JK Williams is seeking a Senior HR Manager to lead the people function for a well‑established civil construction group with ~300 staff across NSW/QLD. You will own the HR function, guide strategy with the CEO, and manage a three-person team including an HR Business Partner and a Talent Acquisition Specialist.

You'll handle complex ER matters, advise at executive level, and drive culture, workforce planning, and policy across a site‑based, multi‑state workplace.
