The Chance

This is a permanent Babies Room Leader opportunity, leading the 0–1 years room alongside a dedicated team. You'll have the opportunity to build secure, nurturing relationships with babies and their families while creating a calm, engaging workplace that supports each child's individual development. You'll be empowered to take ownership of your room, mentor your team and contribute to the centre's collaborative and positive culture. Who You'll Be

You'll have experience working within early childhood settings and a genuine passion for supporting babies during their earliest stages of development. Whether you're an experienced Babies Room Leader or a Diploma Educator ready to step into leadership, we'd love to hear from you. You'll bring strong communication skills, confidence leading a team and a commitment to providing high-quality education and care.

- Diploma or Bachelor qualification (or ACECQA assessed equivalent)
n
- Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certification
n
- Current Working With Children Check
