Job Description

Wollongong Golf Club is seeking a hands-on Duty Manager to lead day-to-day operations, supervise staff, and ensure a secure, compliant and welcoming workplace for members and guests.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will drive service excellence across gaming, compliance, risk and events, coach teams, manage rostering, and maintain high standards of presentation, safety and financial controls.
