no corporate spin — just a tight‐knit crew that works hard, backs each other, and takes pride in every job. We live by one simple belief: together, we make greatness happen.

The Opportunity

Redmen Fire Protection is growing, and we're looking for a trade‐qualified Sprinkler Fitter who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a team that genuinely has your back.
n
You'll be servicing, inspecting, and maintaining sprinkler systems, hydrants, boosters and pumps across Sydney and the Central Coast. You'll have real autonomy in your day, with the backing of a solid operations team and a manager who actually knows the trade.
n
Bonus points if you bring estimation, project exposure, or kitchen suppression experience — but if you're solid on sprinkler systems and ready to keep learning, we want to hear from you.
n
What You'll Do
n
n
- Service, inspect, and maintain sprinkler systems, hydrants, boosters and pumps to the highest standards.
n
- Fault find and troubleshoot with confidence and efficiency — you'll be the one who gets it sorted.
n
- Perform testing and compliance work in line with AS1851 standards.
n
- Support estimation and small project works where required.
n
- Keep clear, accurate service records and documentation.
n
- Deliver top‐tier customer service on every site — you're representing Redmen, and that matters.
n
- Work closely with the team to uphold safety, quality and the Redmen way.
n
n
What You'll Bring

- Trade-qualified Sprinkler Fitter or licensed Plumber with a minimum of 2 years' post‐trade experience.

- Solid, hands‐on experience across fire protection systems — sprinklers, hydrants, boosters and pumps.
n
- Strong fault‐finding and problem‐solving ability — you can think on your feet and get things done.
n
- Clear communication skills — you're good with people, not just tools.
n
- A reliable, get‐it‐done work ethic and a genuine pride in your trade.
n
- Kitchen suppression experience is highly regarded (but not essential).
n
- Ability to pass Police Check and Working With Children Check.
n
- Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship available).
n
