Job Description

We're working with an established iCIRT Gold Star-rated builder-developer with a strong pipeline of Class 2 apartment projects across NSW. They're looking for an experienced Leading Hand to join a large-scale Class 2 project in Sydney's Northwest & Hills District.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Coordinate day-to-day site activities and assist with overall site operations.
n
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, trades and labour on site.
n
- Monitor construction progress and assist with maintaining the programme.
n
- Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to the required qualitystandards.
n
- Assist the Site Manager with inspections, quality control and defect management.
n

About You

n

n
- 2–3+ years' experience as a Leading Hand / Foreman on large-scale Class 2 apartment projects.
n




- Strong understanding of apartment construction and site sequencing.
n
- Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and trades.
n
- Hands-on approach with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
n
- Relevant construction qualifications/licences will be highly regarded.
n
