Responsibilities

n

- Deliver high-quality emergency medical care to patients in a regional hospital environment.
n
- Assume leadership responsibilities and clinical decision-making authority as required for the role.
n
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes and safety.
n
- Manage emergency cases ranging from acute presentations to critical care scenarios.
n
- Adhere to all clinical guidelines, protocols,



and regulatory standards set by AHPRA and local health authorities.
n

Requirements

n

n
- Current registration with AHPRA, either as a specialist or general practitioner with the capacity to work in charge.
n
- Proven experience in Emergency Medicine practice.
n
- Fellowship of the Australasian College for Emergency Medicine (FACEM) is preferred but not essential.
n
- Ability to work effectively in a regional location, approximately 2.5 hours from Melbourne.
n
- Solid clinical skills and the ability to handle high-pressure emergency situations.
