In this role, you'll:

Lead the planning and delivery of change initiatives that support the successful adoption of digital technologies, systems, and recent ways of working across Sydney Metro.

You will drive business readiness through stakeholder engagement, training, communications, and adoption activities, ensuring technology investments deliver sustainable business value and positive user experiences.

We're seeking an experienced change skilled with a strong track record delivering change and transformation initiatives in complex technology environments.

You bring expertise in change management, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and business readiness, together with the ability to build strong relationships and influence outcomes across diverse stakeholder groups. You are passionate about helping people embrace change and realise the benefits of digital transformation.
