Due to continued rapid growth, Red Funnel has an exciting opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused Telesales & Administration All rounder to join our Afternoon shift (4pm-10pm 5-6 days a week with possible overtime) team in Kotara, NSW.

Key Responsibilities

- Answer incoming sales enquiries via phone and email
n
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
n
- Provide accurate product and pricing information to customers
n
- Respond to client questions and requests in a timely, efficient, and commercial manner
n
- Provide general administrative support as required.

Skills & Experience

- Professional and confident phone manner, with the ability to manage multiple incoming calls
n
- Solid interest in learning a new industry and developing a long-term career
n
- Ability to listen to customers and provide objective, solution-based advice
n
- Efficient and accurate order processing skills (phone and online)
n
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
n
- Food service industry experience or knowledge preferred
