Storeperson / MR Driver – $36ph

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Storeperson / MR Driver to join a well-established manufacturing and distribution business in Thornton. This is a hands-on role combining warehouse, stores and delivery duties and would suit someone looking for stable, long-term work with a great team.

The Role

- Picking, packing and preparing customer orders
- Loading and unloading trucks and deliveries
- Completing inter-branch transfers
- Receiving incoming goods and completing relevant paperwork
- Assisting customers face-to-face and providing friendly service
- General warehouse and stores duties
- Using computer systems for order entry, stock control and documentation
- Providing backup MR delivery driving as required
- Operating a forklift for loading, unloading and stock movement

Requirements

- Valid Forklift Licence (LF)
- Valid MR Licence




- HIAB experience highly advantageous
- Previous warehouse or storeperson experience
- Experience picking, packing and preparing customer orders
- Experience loading and unloading trucks
- Good computer skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

What's On Offer

- $36 per hour
- Monday to Friday, 6:00am–2:06pm
- 3–5 hours overtime available weekly at penalty rates
