We're looking for a passionate and proactive Work Health and Safety Advisor to champion a solid safety culture, support our growing national operations, and help shape a workplace where people feel protected, empowered, and proud to work. You will be:

- Working and consulting with the business to create a safe and productive working environment.

- Driving a simplified, proactive, risk based and collaborative safety culture.
n
- Ensuring WHSE KPI's, policies and procedures comply with all applicable legislation and standards and are integrated into TMHA safety culture.
n

Please note this role is based at our Head Office in Moorebank, NSW 5 days per week.

Skills and experience

n

n
- Minimum 3 years of WHSE experience in an Industrial environment
n
- Previous experience/involvement in achieving WHSE cultural change.
n
- Previous proven experience in managing and working with an integrated safety management system
n
- Experience in implementing new safety methodologies and initiatives
n
- Internal auditing experience (desktop and actual)
n
- Expertise in workplace incident investigation
n
- Strong Interpersonal skills:- communication, negotiation, influencing, listening, empathy and flexibility
n




- Commercial understanding
n
- Proven problem solving ability
n
- Project management, organisational and planning skills
n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
n
