Live Services Group is looking for an experienced Plumbing Project Manager to join our growing team and oversee residential and commercial plumbing projects throughout Queensland.

n

This is a hands-on management role suited to a qualified plumbing professional who can effectively coordinate projects, manage trades and subcontractors, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Skills & Experience:

n

n
- Proven experience in a similar role; experience in domestic service and project management advantageous.
n
- Familiarity with SimPRO beneficial but not required.
n
- Current QLD plumbing work license and manual driver's license.
n
- Strong understanding of Australian plumbing standards, codes, and industry best practices.
n
- Independent and team-oriented, with strong documentation skills.
n
- Skilled in customer service, communication, multitasking, and prioritizing tasks.
n
- Proven capability in building and maintaining client and contractor relationships.
n
- Demonstrated experience managing residential and/or commercial plumbing projects.




n
- Experience in General Plumbing supervising or management beneficial but not necessary
n
- Experience within the insurance industry beneficial but not essential.
n

Role Requirements:

n

- Flexibility with scheduling and availability for on-call roster every 7-8 weeks.
n
- Oversee trade schedules, bookings, stock orders, and project planning through to handover.
n
- Manage financial aspects, project resources, and ensure timely, budgeted project completion.
n
- Communicate effectively with team members, builders, and customers, ensuring top-tier service and compliance.
n
