Job Description

Catholic Healthcare is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to deliver home and community-based assessments and interventions across Northern Sydney.

n

You will visit clients in their homes, perform OT assessments, advise on daily living activities, home modifications and equipment, and contribute to reablement and wellness programs with a person-centred approach.

n

This role offers both full-time and part time possibilities, with autonomy and strong team support.
