At Versatile Group, we’re delivering some of Queensland’s most exciting large-scale residential and mixed-use developments through a unique integrated model that combines development, construction, and a key subcontractor network.

As our pipeline continues to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Senior Estimator to join our high-performing Brisbane team.

This role offers something different.

You’ll work across both our development and construction businesses — partnering on front-end feasibility and cost planning while also leading hard dollar tenders on major external projects.

It’s an opportunity to influence projects from concept through to delivery.

What you’ll be responsible for:

- Leading cost planning and hard dollar estimating across major projects
- Partnering with development teams on feasibility, design input, and value engineering
- Managing end-to-end tender submissions
- Engaging and negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers




- Identifying commercial risks and opportunities to drive project outcomes

We’re looking for someone who:

- Brings Senior Estimator experience within a Tier 1 / Tier 2 builder or developer
- Has strong capability across both cost planning and hard dollar estimating
- Has experience delivering large-scale residential or mixed-use projects
- Thinks commercially and influences outcomes early
- Is proactive, detail-oriented, and confident managing stakeholders
