We are currently working with an established mechanical contractor is looking for an experienced Mechanical Estimator to join their team, working across a strong pipeline of commercial construction & fit out projects.

This is a genuine opportunity for someone with solid commercial HVAC/mechanical estimating experience to step into a role with a reputable contractor and competitive package.

The Role

- Estimate and tender commercial mechanical/HVAC projects
n
- Review drawings, specifications and scopes
n
- Prepare accurate labour, material and subcontractor pricing
n
- Engage with suppliers and subcontractors throughout the tender process
n
- Identify project risks, opportunities and value-engineering options
n
- Work closely with the project and management teams
n

About You

n

- Proven experience as a Mechanical Estimator
n
- Solid commercial HVAC/mechanical services background
n
- Experience pricing commercial construction projects
n
- Strong understanding of mechanical services, costs and construction methodologies
n
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
n
- Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
n
