THE OPPORTUNITY

As an Office Services Coordinator, you'll play an important part in keeping our Sydney office running smoothly. You'll be a welcoming point of contact for employees and visitors, while providing practical support across office services, facilities and day-to-day administration.
n
This is a excellent opportunity for someone with early administration or reception experience who is ready to build their career in a corporate environment.
n
This is a full-time, permanent position based in our Sydney office. Due to the nature of the role, you will be required to work from the office five days per week.
n
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
n
n
- Respond to general office and facilities requests in a timely, helpful and professional manner
n
- Support the day-to-day running of the Sydney office, ensuring shared spaces are organised, presentable and well stocked
n
- Assist with national switchboard reporting and provide front-desk relief when required
n
- Coordinate courier bookings and incoming or outgoing deliveries
n
- Manage meeting room bookings, set-up and general presentation
n
- Travel to other offices as needed to provide office-services support
n
n
ABOUT YOU
n
n
- Full Australian working rights, without restrictions
n
- At least two years' experience in a junior administration, reception or customer service role
n
- A proactive, organised approach, with the confidence to take initiative and solve everyday problems
n
- Strong attention to detail, including accuracy, spelling and grammar
n
- A friendly and professional communication style, with a genuine customer-service mindset
n
- Proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
n
