Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable

Bank reconciliations and daily financial transactions

n

Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and statements

n

Process payroll (if applicable)

n

Assist with BAS preparation and liaise with external accountants

n

Maintain accurate financial and administrative records

n

General office administration and document management

n

Coordinate suppliers, contractors, and office resources

n

Answer phones, respond to emails, and provide customer support

n

Assist management with reporting and other administrative tasks

About You

n

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

- Previous experience in administration and accounts
n
- Experience using accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks
n
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
n
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
n
- High attention to detail and accuracy
n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
n
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
n
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to support the team
