Penfold Projects Gold Coast and Brisbane Office are on the hunt for more Site Supervisors! Full time position available $80,000 - $100,000/annum pro rata, depending on experience.

To be successful you must have the following:

n

n
- Access to a ute or vehicle (preferable) - or company ute provided.
n
- Experience in landscaping construction industry (highly regarded)
n
- A current Construction White Card
n
- 3+ years in Landscape/Construction industry or industry similar (highly regarded)
n
- Cert III in Landscape Construction or similar (highly regarded)
n

n

Tasks and Responsibilities (Supervisors/Leading Hands):

n

n
- Able to deliver both hard and soft landscaping works according to drawings, scope and specifications
n
- Efficient, fit for purpose co-ordination of materials/deliveries/mobile plant/sub-contractors and staff
n
- Supervisor QBCC license also preferable
n




- General day-to-day management and supervision of a job site including managing a team
n
- Measuring, calculating quantities and ordering of any additional materials as required
n
- Reading and understanding of plans, drawings, scope and specifications
n
- Experience in implementing Workplace Health & Safety procedures and policies, including following SWMS, conducting Toolbox Talks etc
n
- Communicate effectively & efficiently in a qualified manner with builders/clients and to co-ordinate works with other trades
n
- Be pro-active to eliminate or reduce hazardous work conditions and reviewing work methods as required
n
