- Appearing in the NSW Personal Injury Commission and other relevant forums.
n
- Liaising with insurers, employers, workers, medical practitioners and other stakeholders.

Ideally, you will have:
n
n
- 2–3 years' post-admission experience (PAE).

n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
n
- Excellent attention to detail and file-management skills.
n
- A genuine interest in workers' compensation and personal injury law.
n
- The ability to work independently while also contributing positively to a team.
n
n
Experience in both applicant and defendant work is highly desirable, although we are also happy to consider a strong candidate who has predominantly worked on one side and is interested in broadening their experience.
n
What We Offer
n
n
- A supportive and collaborative team environment.
n
- Exposure to a broad range of workers' compensation matters.
n
- The opportunity to work on both applicant and defendant matters.
n
- Mentoring and ongoing professional development.
n
- Genuine opportunities for career progression.
n
- Competitive remuneration commensurate with experience.
n
- Flexible working arrangements.

If you are a 2–3 year PAE workers' compensation lawyer looking for your next career prospect, we would love to hear from you.
