Kids Cave Abermain is a small, family-owned 28-place preschool caring for children aged 2–5 years.

We are currently looking for a passionate and reliable Diploma Qualified Educator or Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to join our close-knit team.

n

We pride ourselves on creating a warm, welcoming and supportive environment where children feel safe, valued and confident to learn and grow. Being a smaller service allows our educators to build genuine relationships with children, families and each other.

n

Child safety is at the heart of everything we do. We are looking for educators who understand that protecting children is everyone's responsibility. All team members are expected to understand their mandatory reporting obligations, recognise and respond appropriately to child protection concerns, maintain professional boundaries and speak up immediately if they see or become aware of anything that may place a child at risk.

We would love to hear from you if you are:

n

Diploma qualified in Early Childhood Education and Care; or

n

A qualified Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) with an ACECQA-approved early childhood teaching qualification

n

Passionate about providing high-quality education and care

n

Reliable, qualified and committed to being part of a team

n

Confident in your child protection and mandatory reporting responsibilities

n





Committed to the safety, wellbeing and rights of every child

n

Knowledgeable about the EYLF and National Quality Framework

n

Able to build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues

n

You will also require:

n

Current Working With Children Check

n

Current Child Protection training

n

Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications, or willingness to obtain

n

Relevant qualification and any other regulatory requirements applicable to your role
