We are a leading Home Care Provider in Ardglen NSW 2338, looking for a dedicated and passionate Disability Support Worker to join our team.

This is a part-time position with an hourly rate of $40 to $50, plus benefits including a car hire allowance, car provided, and training provided.

Job Responsibilities:
Providing support and assistance to individuals with disabilities in their homes
Assisting with daily living activities, personal care, and household tasks
Implementing individualized care plans and goals
Promoting independence and community participation
Building positive relationships with clients and their families

Job Requirements:
Fluency in Tamil language
Experience working with individuals with Autism
Full Australian driver's license
Police check clearance
Car ownership for travel to client homes
