As a Home and Community Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing a range of essential services to our clients, including:

Providing emotional support and companionship to clients
Assisting clients with medication management




Accompanying clients to medical appointments and social outings

Qualifications and Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications and requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards clients
Valid First Aid Certificate is desirable
