Job Description
Westgold Resources is seeking an experienced Superintendent People to lead practical, operational HR solutions across mining operations in Western Australia.
This site-based role operates on an 8 days on, 6 days off FIFO roster and provides HR leadership across multiple sites.
You will partner with site leaders, manage complex employee relations, lead a team of HR specialists and drive workforce strategies that support growth and operational excellence.
