Field Service Technician Commercial Kitchen Appliance

Complete Catering Maintenance PL – Sydney CBD NSW

n

This job is based in Sydney, Australia. Must have worked in commercial kitchens, servicing and maintaining commercial catering equipment with a understanding of preventative maintenance and break downs. Will be fault finding & repairing equipment likeeg: Combi ovens, deep fryers, stove tops, dishwashers, Blenders, cool rooms & any other commercial appliances used in a commercial kitchen

Responsibilities Required:

n

Excellent fault finding skills and diagnosing breakdowns of equipment in commercial kitchens:

n

Field experience with Refrigeration and Cool Room knowledge

n

Experience in gas is a bonus

n

Able to fault break downs within a certain time frame & identify spare parts identification to rectify the problem (obtain supplier manuals if necessary)

n





Customer focused with excellent language skills verbal & written

n

Able to quote on break downs and report diagnoses of break downs clearly

n

Must be able to use recent technology like inhouse software, ipads & emails

n

Skills and Experience Required:

n

An advantage if you have either electrical trades license or refrigeration

n

Be technically minded and possess strong technical skills

n

Minimum three years' experience in diagnosing faults

n

A Proactive approach to the maintenance Industry

n

Highly motivated with excellent Interpersonal skill

n

Work well within a team environment and take own initiative

n

A willingness to learn other areas within different trades
