About the role

n

Reporting to the National Service Manager, you will join a small NSW service team based from Prestons. The role combines field and workshop work across reactive breakdowns, planned maintenance, equipment preparation and installations. Travel is mainly across Sydney, with occasional regional trips.

Duties

n

n
- Diagnose, service and repair commercial and industrial equipment
n
- Complete planned maintenance and respond to breakdowns
n
- Assemble, prepare and test new equipment before delivery
n
- Complete digital work orders, quotes and service documentation
n




- Train operators and support equipment installations
n

n

Skills and experience

n

n
- Experience in field service, workshop mechanics or a hands‐on technical role
n
- Solid mechanical aptitude and practical fault‐finding ability
n
- Clear communication and a professional customer‐focused approach
n
- Reliable team player who takes ownership and follows work through
n
- Current driver's licence and flexibility for occasional regional travel
n

n

Experience with cleaning equipment, forklifts, small appliances or similar machinery will be highly regarded. Testing and tagging certification is useful but not essential, as training can be provided.
