The Opportunity

We're looking for a switched-on, people-loving human to be the friendly voice (and safe pair of hands) behind our customer service and order processing.

n

Customer Service

n

n
- Be the first point of contact for our customers- phone, email, and live chat.
n
- Solve problems before they become problems (and smooth them over when they do).
n
- Keep customers in the loop on orders, stock, and deliveries.
n
- Build genuine relationships with the stores and cafés we supply around the country.
n

n

Order Processing & Admin

n

n
- Enter and process orders accurately- every line, every time.
n
- Keep records tidy across our inventory and accounting systems (we'll train you up on Unleashed and Xero).
n
- Raise invoices and chase up the odd loose end.
n
- Pitch in on general office duties as needed.
n

n

The basic details

- Small, super-co-operative team.

- Office-based role with plenty of variety.

- Casual with a stable roster.

- Day shifts only.
n
- Flexible when workloads spike- so availability matters.

- 4-5 days per week.

What we're looking for

- Warm, clear communicator across all sorts of personalities (customers included!).

- Eagle-eye for detail- orders and invoices don't forgive typos.
n
- Comfortable juggling phones, inboxes, and systems without dropping the ball.
n
- Quick to pick up new software
n
- Lateral thinker who takes initiative.
n
- Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing space.
n
- Reliable, cooperative, and drama-free.
n
- Able to commit for 12 months (minimum).
n
- Keen to grow with the business.
