Tide Constructions is a leading residential custom home builder based in Brisbane. We build custom architectural recent homes & renovations. Due to growth & upcoming jobs, we have an exciting opportunity for an Estimator/Construction Admin to join our team. We are looking for someone who has building experience & onsite knowledge to assist our director in the estimating process.

Key responsibilities

Take offs

n

Obtaining & reviewing quotes

n

Ability to read & analyse complex plans

n

Using BuildXact Software to produce accurate estimates

n

Revising estimates after value management with clients

n

Variations & sending PO's

n

Negotiating subcontractor agreements

n

Other ad hoc contract admin/construction admin tasks as required

n
