Office‐based remote support – multiple sites to choose from. Permanent full‐time position covering the North Queensland Network.

n

Classification: QRN2.1 – QRN2.3 based on demonstrated clinical hours and experience.

n

Remuneration: $59.43 – $60.70 per hour + super + NFP salary packaging perks + extensive staff discounts.

Responsibilities

n

n
- Provide nursing care and leadership to other care staff, promoting quality of life and independence for residents.
n
- Assist with remote & onsite coverage across the North Queensland Network.
n
- Provide guidance and mentorship to frontline staff.
n
- Review client care and care plans, ensuring promotion of independence and quality of life.
n
- Develop, implement, monitor and review care plans.
n
- Perform comprehensive and accurate assessments of residents.
n
- Assist with orientation of new staff and ongoing professional development.
n
- Support the service in meeting all accreditation standards.
n

Qualifications

n

n
- Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification.
n
- Current AHPRA registration.
n
- Extensive general nursing experience with demonstrated clinical competence.
n
- Ability to liaise with the care team and provide coordinated care.
n
- Confidence managing conflict,



pressures and competing priorities.
n
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary team, with leadership, support and mentorship of other team members.
n
- Knowledge of community funding desirable.
n
- Telehealth nursing experience desirable.
n
