Job Description
We are seeking a Personal Assistant to support our director and executive team within a fast-paced organisation in Sydney's CBD. This is a varied role requiring exceptional organisational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting day-to-day business operations.

What you'll be doing:
n
n
- Manage the Director's diary, calendar, and appointments.
n
- Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, confirmations, and follow-up actions.
n
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the Director.
n
- Maintain accurate records, documents, and filing systems.
n
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials as required.
n
- Assist with general office administration and operational support.
n
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries when required.
n
- Attend meetings with the Director when required, take notes, prepare agendas, and assist with follow-up actions.
n
- Represent the Director professionally in communications and interactions with clients and stakeholders.
n
- Assist with special projects, events, and business initiatives as required.
n
n
What we're looking for:
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n
- Previous experience in an administrative, reception, personal assistant, executive assistant, or office support role.
n
- Experience in insurance, occupational rehabilitation, workers' compensation, allied health, or related healthcare services would be advantageous.
n
- Has exceptional organisational and time management skills.
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
n
- Has excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
n
- Proficiency in Canva (Preferred).
n
- Strong phone skills, including answering phone calls, replying to messages and responding to emails.
n
- Can work autonomously and take ownership of responsibilities.
n
- Is skilled, adaptable and highly reliable.
n
