Job Description

NSW Health, Western Sydney Local Health District, is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to improve ED navigation and support for patients, families and carers.

n

You'll lead initiatives to enhance waiting experiences, coordinate timely information with clinical and non-clinical staff, and respond to non-clinical concerns to recover service quality. This role is a temporary full time position across multiple hospitals in Western Sydney.
