We are looking for an experienced Leading Hand, or a motivated Storeperson ready to step into a leadership role, to join our team at Horsley Park.

n

In this role, you will be responsible for outbound volume management, ensuring customer orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and delivered in line with operational requirements. You will play a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations, leading team performance, and driving service excellence.

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Lead and support a team to ensure daily objectives are communicated and KPI targets are achieved
n
- Manage outbound volume and workflow to meet customer and operational requirements
n
- Ensure strong operational performance across outbound, picking, packing, inventory, and warehouse activities
n
- Coordinate resources and priorities to maintain productivity and service levels
n
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships, responding to enquiries in a timely manner
n
- Maintain stock integrity and ensure compliance with DHL policies and procedures
n
- Follow safe work practices and promote a strong safety culture across the team
n
- Identify training needs and support the development of team members
n

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have

n

n
- Proven operational experience in a high volume 3PL warehouse environment
n
- Current Forklift Licence (essential)
n
- Experience operating material handling equipment in a warehouse environment
n
- Proven customer facing experience with a strong focus on service delivery
n
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and stakeholders
n
- Demonstrated leadership capability, either in a formal leadership role or through mentoring and guiding others
n
- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
n
- Robust Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
n
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
n
