ABOUT THE ROLE

n

Position

n

We are looking for a dedicated and customer focussed individual to join our Financial Services section.

n

Reporting to the Coordinator Rating, the Water Administration Officer is an important member of Council's Rating team, contributing to the delivery of high level services to our community.

n

In this varied role, you will support the efficient and timely administration of Council's water and wastewater billing system, helping ensure accurate billing and a positive customer experience.

n

To be successful you will bring

- Completion of vocational qualification in Business, Finance, Administration or equivalent,



and/or demonstrated relevant experience.
n
- Proven highly developed communication skills, both written and oral.
n
- Proven sound interpersonal skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service and deal with sensitive issues using diplomacy, assertiveness and compassion.
n
- Demonstrated computer literacy with intermediate Microsoft Excel experience and competency with other Microsoft 365 applications and corporate software.
n
- Demonstrated data entry experience with proven accuracy and attention to detail.

- An annual salary range of $68,400 to $78,500 (plus 12% superannuation) dependent upon skills, experience and qualifications.
