We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Scanners to join a busy Loadout team. This is a hands-on role that combines warehouse scanning responsibilities with general labouring duties, ensuring products are accurately scanned, palletised, and loaded for dispatch.
n This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, have strong attention to detail, and are willing to assist across all areas of the loadout operation.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Scan and verify product orders using handheld scanners
n
- Accurately count cartons and maintain load records
n
- Apply pallet labels and port marks to export orders
n
- Complete load calculations and dispatch paperwork
n
- Sort, stack and palletise chilled and frozen products
n
- Assist with loading containers, trucks and dispatch vehicles
n




- Perform general labouring duties as required throughout the loadout area
n
- Maintain housekeeping and adhere to site safety procedures at all times
n

About You

n

n
- Previous warehouse, scanner, labouring or pick packing experience
n
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
n
- Physically fit and capable of repetitive manual handling
n
- Comfortable working in chilled and frozen environments
n
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
n
- Forklift licence advantageous but not essential
n
- Flexible to work rotating shifts and weekends when required
n

Rosters Day Shift

n

n
- 4-week rotating roster with a mix of weekday and Saturday shifts
n
- Alternating work and rest days to support work-life balance
n
- Every Sunday off
n

n

Night Shift

n

n
- Five 8-hour shifts per week
n
- No Saturday work required
n

n

Pay Rates Day Shift

n

n
- Scanner: $32.94/hr
n
- General Labourer: $32.94/hr
n

n

Afternoon Shift

n

n
- Scanner: $34.42/hr inclusive of 15% loading
n
- General Labourer: $34.42/hr inclusive of 15% loading
n

n

Weekend penalties are already incorporated into the above rates.
n If you're looking for a long-term prospect and are happy to work across both warehouse scanning and general labouring duties.
