Whitebream Australia Pty Ltd is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Diversional Therapist to join our team on a full-time basis in the Sydney region. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in creating engaging, person-centered leisure and well-being experiences for the individuals we support, helping to enhance their overall quality of life.

As part of your daily responsibilities, you will design and deliver structured programs aimed at enhancing the emotional, social, cognitive, and physical wellbeing of participants. Working closely alongside clinical and multidisciplinary support teams, you will develop tailored therapeutic and recreational activities designed to make a genuinely meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.

Key duties and responsibilities include:

- Designing, planning, and facilitating engaging group and individual diversional therapy activities
- Assessing individual participant needs, interests,



and goals to ensure truly person-centered care
- Collaborating effectively with clinical and support teams to align recreational programs with overall care plans
- Monitoring, evaluating, and documenting participant progress and engagement levels
- Maintaining a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all participants

This is a full-time employment opportunity offering an annual salary of A$82,000.
