Job Description

iScope is seeking an experienced Administration Officer to support our operations in Paget. Working within a mining and heavy industry environment, this role will provide critical administrative support across workshop and project activities.

This position is well suited to someone with previous experience in mining, construction, or heavy industry who understands the pace and demands of operational work.

Key Responsibilities

n

Maintain electronic and physical filing systems, including project and QA documentation

n

Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and job-related cost tracking

n

Coordinate schedules, meetings, and site/workshop activities

n

Support project teams with administrative and documentation requirements

n

Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders

n

Perform data entry and general administrative tasks

n

Assist with improving administrative systems and workflows

n

About You

n

Previous administration experience in mining, construction, engineering, or heavy industry (highly regarded)

n

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities

n





Experience with invoicing, purchase orders, and job tracking

n

High attention to detail, particularly with documentation and records

n

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

n

Ability to work independently and within a small, fast-paced team

n

Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude

n
