Medical Management, Toowoomba Hospital, Toowoomba, Darling Downs Hospital and Health Service

Remuneration:

Temporary full time until 7 February 2027, with possible extension

Package value from $316,007 (L13) up to $489,067 (L27), includes salary and allowances. (L13 – L27)

Your opportunity:

As Deputy Director Medical Services, you'll help create the conditions for exceptional care by supporting medical teams, developing workforce capability, and guiding initiatives that improve patient outcomes. Working closely with senior leaders and clinicians, you'll influence workforce strategy, strengthen clinical governance, and drive meaningful change across a major regional health service.

Remuneration Details:

You will receive a competitive remuneration package value from $316,007 (L13)



up to $489,067 (L27) comprising salary rates between $92.56 (L13) and $135.55 p.h. (L27),

- Superannuation (up to 12.75%)
- annual leave loading (17.5%)
