Job Description
ACE MEDICAL SUPPLIES PTY LTD – Castle Hill NSW
Responsible for coordinating between the Sales and Warehouse teams to ensure orders are processed, prepared, and delivered accurately and on time.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate sales orders with the Warehouse Team
- Monitor stock availability and update Sales on stock status
- Coordinate picking, packing, dispatch, and deliveries
- Follow up on backorders and urgent orders
- Resolve order, stock, and delivery issues
- Maintain accurate order and inventory records
- Ensure transparent communication between Sales, Warehouse, and customers
Medical related working experience preferred.
