I'm looking for a dynamic and experienced Supervisor to join our team at LIGHT YEARS BURLEIGH in Burleigh Heads, QLD. As a full-time Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading and motivating a team of employees to ensure the smooth running of our operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the team, including delegating tasks, providing guidance and support, and ensuring all staff are meeting performance targets. You will also be tasked with maintaining a positive and productive work environment, resolving any conflicts or issues that may arise, and communicating effectively with both employees and management.

To be successful in this role, you must have previous experience in a supervisory or leadership position, preferably in a similar industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.



A proven track record of inspiring and developing a team to achieve results is also highly desirable.
