Job Description

IQ Medical, based in Unley, South Australia, is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to support the smooth flow of customer orders from enquiry through to delivery. You will handle orders, returns, invoices and freight documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely communication with customers.

The role reports to the Customer Service Team Leader and involves working with Sales and Logistics. It offers a full-time, in office position at our Unley head office with parking and varied duties across
