About the Role

n

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Centre Director to lead our beautiful service at Busy Bees at Coorparoo. As a Centre Director, you will:

n

- Lead and inspire your team of educators to deliver exceptional care and education
n
- Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Busy Bees standards
n
- Build strong partnerships with families, children, and the local community
n
- Manage enrolments, budgets, and staffing effectively
n
- Drive continuous improvement and quality outcomes for children
n
- Foster a culture of collaboration, growth, and professional development
n

What You'll Need

n

n
- Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA recognised)
n
- Proven leadership experience in a childcare setting
n
- Robust knowledge of NQF, EYLF, and compliance requirements
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Ability to manage operations, compliance, and staff performance
n
- Current Working with Children Check (QLD Blue Card), First Aid & CPR
n
