A unique opportunity exists for a drivenCasual Showroom Assistantat our Erina, NSW Showroom.
n
Your positive and persistent approach to customer service and community engagement will see your success in this location. We are looking for a motivated, self-starter with the will to succeed, who is not afraid to pro-actively build relationships and drive sales. Initially, this would be for approximately 20-30 hours per week, with no weekend work required.

Responsibilities
n

- Engaging incoming customers, assisting them with their questions and being able to convey the range of services that are available
n
- Respond to email enquiries and liaise with customers over the phone to fulfill requests.
n
- Providinginformation to customers about our products from physiotherapy items to mobility scooters, recliner lift chairs through to our range of home care beds, home oxygen therapy and more...
n
- Processing quotes,
orders and hire contracts efficiently.
n
- Following all WHS requirements at a showroom level.

- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
