About the Role:

Your Responsibilities:

n

- Deliver advanced skin and body treatments using medical-grade technology.
n
- Conduct professional consultations and create tailored treatment plans.
n
- Support clients throughout their entire journey, including aftercare and home care guidance.
n
- Build long-term, trusting client relationships.
n
- Achieve KPI targets while maintaining exceptional client care.
n
- Maintain high standards of clinic presentation, safety, and compliance.
n
- Contribute to company initiatives and continuous improvement.
n
- Represent the brand's values, professionalism, and culture at all times.

Who We're Looking For:

n

n
- Qualifications:Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy or equivalent (preferred).
n
- Experience:Minimum 1 year in beauty therapy or body contouring (highly regarded).
n
- Client Care:Exceptional customer service skills with a genuine passion for helping others.
n
- Sales Confidence:Proven ability to promote services and achieve targets while maintaining a client-first approach.
n
- Mindset:Positive, motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn new technology.
