We are seeking a motivatedSales Administrator to join our Smithfield office on a permanent, full-time basis. This role is ideal for someone with previous administration or sales support experience who is looking to develop their career within a growing national company.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Processing customer orders, data entry and invoicing accurately and efficiently
n
- Managing customer phone calls and emails, responding to enquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner
n
- Providing administrative and day-to-day support to the sales team
n
- Assisting with quotations, pricing and sales documentation
n
- Coordinating customer orders and delivery requirements with warehouse, transport and internal teams
n
- Monitoring order progress and providing customers with updates on delivery timeframes and availability
n
- Maintaining accurate customer, pricing and product records in ERP/CRM and other business systems
n




- Preparing reports and maintaining sales documentation and records
n
- Managing filing, correspondence and general administration
n
- Assisting with other office and sales operations as required
n

Skills & Experience

n

n
- Previous experience in administration, sales support, customer service or a similar role
n
- Experience in order processing, invoicing or sales administration
n
- Solid computer skills, including MS Word and Excel
n
- Experience using ERP, CRM or other business systems
n
- Excellent communication skills and a professional phone manner
n
- High attention to detail and accuracy
n
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
n
- Proactive approach and ability to work effectively as part of a team
n
- Customer-focused with a commitment to providing excellent service
n
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport
n
