We are currently seeking an experiencedMaintenance Supervisorto join a major mining operation atCallide Mine, near Biloela, Queensland.

n

Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, you'll lead workshop maintenance crews to safely and efficiently deliver the maintenance plan. You'll play a key role in driving safety performance, developing your team, managing maintenance activities and ensuring equipment availability and reliability.

n

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor, or a strong Leading Hand ready to take the next step into a supervisory role.

What You'll Need

n

n
- Australian trade qualification with extensive mining maintenance experience
n
- Minimum 5 years' experience maintaining mining plant and equipment
n
- Previous Maintenance Supervisor experience preferred; solid Leading Hands will be considered
n
- G1, G8, G9 and G2 tickets essential
n
- Standard 11
n
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
n
- First Aid Certificate
n
- Strong safety leadership and people management skills
n
- Experience with maintenance planning and scheduling
n
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
n
- Current Coal Board Medical, or willingness to complete
n
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
n
- Experience with Komatsu 5500, Liebherr 996B or 930E trucks highly regarded
n
