Uplift Recruitment is currently partnering with a well-established solar and battery company known for delivering high-quality installations, strong customer service and long-term reliability across residential and commercial projects.

With a growing pipeline of work, they’re now looking to add experienced and motivated Solar Installers to the team.

This business has built its reputation on quality workmanship, premium products and doing things properly the first time.

They’re looking for installers who take pride in their work and want to be part of a close-knit team environment.

The Role
Residential and commercial solar installations locally
Assisting with battery and inverter installations
Working alongside qualified electricians and experienced crews
Maintaining safe and organized worksites
Ensuring installations are completed to a high standard
Following compliance and safety procedures on-site

What We’re Looking For




Previous experience in solar installation, roofing or laboring
White Card (essential)
Working at Heights ticket (or willing to obtain)
Driver’s license and reliable transport
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Comfortable working outdoors and on roofs
Reliable team player who takes pride in quality workmanship
