Job Description
End-to-end processing of fortnightly payroll cycles across multiple entities and states
Manage payroll activities including new starters, terminations, redundancies, and out-of-cycle payments
Perform reconciliations across payroll, GL, superannuation, and statutory requirements
Ensure compliance with STP, payroll tax, and superannuation obligations
Respond to employee and stakeholder queries with a strong service focus




Support audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Produce reporting and maintain data integrity across SAP and SuccessFactors systems
Collaborate with Finance and People teams on projects and process enhancements

The Successful Applicant
Proven experience in a Senior Payroll Officer position, managing end-to-end payroll
Strong knowledge of multi-state payroll and legislative requirements
Experience with SAP payroll
High attention to detail with strong analytical capability
Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to identify process improvements
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
