The Opportunity
Lighthouse Service Partners is a people-first trades company on a mission to partner with and grow home service businesses across plumbing, air con, electrical, and related trades all over Australia.
What You'll Do
Partner directly with the Managing Director as a seamless leadership team, dividing responsibilities to match your respective strengths
Own the P&L; — drive gross profit and EBITDA growth, and own reporting to senior leadership
Build and lead high-performing teams, and develop the next generation of managers
Drive operational excellence across systems, processes, and people
Get close to the customer and relentlessly improve their experience
Set strategy, move rapid, and make data-informed calls
Collaborate across Lighthouse's product, finance, and integration teams




What You Bring
A track record of driving impact and beating targets — SMB general management or senior leadership experience a plus
Strong FP&A; chops: budgeting, financial management, P&L; ownership
High EQ, sharp people instincts, and a genuine interest in developing others
A resourceful, scrappy, roll-up-your-sleeves mindset
Robust problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset
A degree (MBA or equivalent a bonus, not a requirement)
